If you're working with other people on your email list, you might not want to give out your password. Instead, you can give them access to your account. This way you can keep your account secure, and manage how much access their have.
While logged in to your MailChimp account, click on your account name in the top-right corner of the page. Then click on “Account” from the drop-down menu.
From the secondary navigation, click on Settings, and then “Users” from the drop-down menu.
On the Users page, click on the “Invite a User” button on the right side of the page
Enter the email address of the user you’d like to invite to access your account, and then choose the appropriate permissions level. Hit the “Send Invite” button, and you’re all set.
