Change the title and description of a YouTube Video

Visit YouTube Studio

• Log into YouTube and click on your account picture at the top right
• Click on “YouTube Studio”

Go to your video library

• In the left sidebar, click on “Content”

Open the video options

• When you hover over the video you’d like to edit, you get some quick tools.
• Click on the overflow menu (3 vertical dots) on the right side
• Choose “Edit title and description”

Edit the title and description

The title you choose will be show on the video details page, as well as the top left corner of the video when embedded on another website.

The description will be shown below the video on the video details page.
