1. Step 1

    From the MailChimp Dashboard, click on the “Create Campaign” button at the top right of the window.

    Select “Regular Campaign”

    Choose “Send to a save Segment”, and then from the drop-down, choose the appropriate segment, depending on who you’d like to send the email to.

    Give the campaign a name (this is for your own reference later on, so don’t worry about your email recipients seeing this. Then give the email a subject – your email recipient WILL see this as the subject line of the email.

    On the Select a Template page, click on “Saved Templates”, and then hit the select button on “NYAPE – branded email”

     
  6. On the left side of the window is a preview of the email as it will be sent. Click on the different sections of the email, and you can then edit them on the right side of the window. Then, hit the "Next" button at the bottom right of the window.

  7. Step 7

    You should now get a message saying that you’re ready to send the email, if everything went OK. If there were any errors, they’re usually pretty clear about how to resolve them. You may also want to take this opportunity to make sure you’re sending to the intended recipients. To do this, click on the “## Recipients” link in the “List” section. This will open a new window with all of the recipients that will receive this email. If everything looks good, you can either schedule the email to go out at a later date/time or send it now by click on the respective button at the bottom right of the window.
