Built a custom property comparison tool that let prospective buyers enter any address and instantly generate neighborhood comps, market stats, and demographic data — pulled live from Google Maps, Zillow, and Redfin APIs.
The challenge was normalising data from three separate APIs with different schemas and rate limits, and rendering it in a fast, readable UI without a page reload. The result was a fully custom WordPress plugin with its own admin configuration panel, caching layer, and shortcode-based output.
Migrated multiple client sites from shared hosting environments to managed and unmanaged VPS servers — significantly improving load times, uptime reliability, and security posture in each case.
Each migration involved DNS planning, server provisioning, environment configuration, and staged cutover to avoid any downtime. Post-migration, sites consistently loaded faster and experienced fewer outages tied to shared-host resource contention.
Built and maintained a suite of custom WordPress plugins for clients across several verticals — including event management, online learning registration, membership access control, WooCommerce add-ons, and newsletter ESP integrations.
Each plugin was scoped directly to the client's workflow rather than adapted from a generic solution, which reduced overhead and made them significantly easier to maintain and extend over time.
